The Software QA Analyst position is responsible for first level support between clients, reviewers, and internal staff members. This involves trouble shooting, communicating, and following up on reported Portal issues via email, phone, or in person. The Software QA Analyst will also be responsible for the documentation, development, and execution of basic manual test cases. They are the first line of sanity checking and the last line of defense against code malfunctions.
